DIAGNOSIS AND REHABILITATION OF CHILDREN
Topusko Health Spa provides medical care to children with developmental disabilities with our highly specialized professionals (physician specialist, Bobath therapist, speech therapist and occupational therapist) in our newly remodeled and specially adapted rooms.
In collaboration with parents members of the team determine the goals of treatment. The effectiveness of treatment depends on the severity of damage to the nervous system of the child and/or the existence of sense malformations and defects, epilepsy, mental condition, the possibility of cooperation, then the stage in which treatment began, as he is focused and intense.

Bobath koncept se bazira na specifičnom handlingu terapeuta koje je usmjereno željenom cilju uz aktivno sudjelovanje djeteta u terapiji. Različiti motorički zadaci i okolina su strukturirani prema individualnim potrebama djeteta, sve u svrhu integracije poboljšane kontrole u njegov život. Bobath tretman provodi licencirani Bobath terapeut.
Logopedska terapija se primjenjuje kod djece s poteškoćama u govoru (mucanje, disfazija, dislalija), čitanju (disleksija, aleksija) i pisanju (disgrafija, agrafija). U Lječilištu Topusko se provodi intenzivan program poticanja govorno-jezičnog razvoja kod neurorizične djece, kao i znakovni jezik za bebe. Program obuhvaća i suradnju s roditeljima, odgajateljima i pedagozima kao osobama koje su uključene u djetetov svakodnevni život. Osiguran je neometan individualan direktni terapijski program, kao i programi savjetovanja vođeni magistrom logopedije koja je ujedno i dobitnica stipendije u Bostonu i licencirani Baby Signs Instruktor.
Radna terapija je zdravstvena struka čiji je cilj omogućiti pojedincima, u ovom slučaju djeci, postizanje optimalnog funkcioniranja u aktivnostima svakodnevnog života za vrijeme i nakon rehabilitacije.
